The Board of Directors Members
of the Chamber elect the Board of Directors to formulate
Chamber policies. Twelve members are elected to
the Board of Directors each year to serve three-year
terms. In addition, the Chairman-Elect appoints up
to eight additional board members to serve one-year
terms. The Executive Committee exercises the powers of the
board. The Executive Committee consists of the
officers of the Chamber: the Chairman, the
Chairman-Elect, the two past Chairmen, five Vice
Chairmen, the Treasurer, the Assistant Treasurer, and
the President.
The
highest elected officer of the Chamber is the Chairman
of the Board.
